Haad Salad beach is quiet with only a few shops for your most basic needs, ideal for relaxing, snorkeling, reading and doing not much. Motorbikes and jeeps can be rented in many different places for a day of exploring Koh Phangan, and we have a taxi service to main pier Thong Sala 10 am daily at 150 bath/person/one-way. The taxi returns around 12.30.

Salad Hut's 10 original lovely wooden bungalows are situated in a lush tropical garden amidst an infinity swimming pool, bamboo, palm trees and flowers right along the beach. There is only one row, and all our rooms are beachfront or beach- and pool front. There are also 2 newly built, semi-detached family bungalows with two rooms, right by the beach on the opposite side of the restaurant.

All bungalows have stunning views of beautiful Haad Salat beach from the big veranda. The hot water is solar powered, and there is a refrigerator for cool drinks in all bungalows. There are TVs in all rooms, with a selection of international news and movie channels for those (hopefully not many) rainy days.

Our 5 wooden family bungalows have two double beds in one room, our 4 doubles have one kingsize bed and our 1 deluxe has one double bed as well as a sofa.

In the two new family bungalows, the main room has a kingsize double and the smaller bedroom has two single beds. There is a TV, DVD player and a safe in these new bungalows. For those who have been here before, the new ones are on the "other" side of the restaurant, right by the beach. The size is 48 sqm inside with a 32,5 sqm veranda.
